RH2 Engineering joins Western Water Market

Kristina Ribellia
Founder of Western Water Market

November 19, 2021

We are proud to announce RH2 Engineering, one of the most well-respected water resource and municipal engineering firms in Washington and the greater Pacific Northwest has joined Western Water Market. RH2 is a leader among leaders, whose water rights experts are highly regarded by their colleagues and clients in the industry.

We are especially excited to introduce and welcome two of RH2’s Washington-based water rights experts, Andy Dunn, LG, LHG, CWRE, and Adam Neff, LG, LEG, LHG to Western Water Market’s professional network. Both bring the invaluable experience and expertise needed to navigate the complex world of water rights for clients of all types and needs.

Prior to joining RH2, Andy served as a Section Manager and a hydrogeologist/permit writer for the Washington State Department of Ecology’s Water Resources Program in the Northwest Regional Office. His background and excellent working relationship with Ecology’s staff give him unique insight, allowing him to advise clients on the pathways to success that will be viewed most favorably by Ecology and stakeholders.

Fun fact: Andy is top of class — literally. We learned in Episode 5 of the Western Water Market Podcast that Andy is the all-time top scorer on Washington’s Certified Water Right Examiner exam.

Adam Neff specializes in water right documentation and administration, hydrogeologic investigations, and GIS mapping and data analysis. His ability to understand and balance the interests of multiple stakeholders while applying real-world experience to solve complex and challenging problems sets him apart from his peers.

It’s a great honor not only to be working with Andy and Adam but to know the value they see in Western Water Market.
